Pioneer Healthcare at the AOTA Conference: Empowering Occupational Therapists
3RD FEBRUARY, 2025

At Pioneer Healthcare, we believe that care extends far beyond the walls of hospitals, schools, and clinics. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to connect people with purpose by delivering care through meaningful relationships and creating lasting impact in the communities we serve in healthcare and education.
This September, our team can live out that mission in a meaningful way at the San Diego ALS Walk. The event raises vital funds and awareness for individuals and families affected by ALS, a devastating disease that impacts the ability to move, speak, eat, and breathe.
“As a staffing company, we support healthcare and schools every day, but the ALS Walk lets us show up for our community in a different way and keep people at the center of everything we do.” — Hannah D., Senior Compliance Manager
Hannah has been part of the driving force behind Team Pioneer’s involvement in this year’s walk. From coordinating logistics to rallying colleagues, she has stepped up as both a leader and a motivator.
Her commitment reflects not only her personal passion for giving back but also the culture we strive to build at Pioneer, one where compassion, initiative, and community involvement are celebrated and supported.
By encouraging participation across the company, Hannah is helping to create a shared experience that strengthens our team while also making a tangible difference for families impacted by ALS. Her leadership is a reminder that the impact we make goes beyond the workday, extending into the communities we serve and support.
Walking alongside our San Diego neighbors reminds us that people are at the center of everything we do, whether it’s supporting a school, a healthcare facility, or a family facing the challenges of ALS.
The ALS Walk reflects the same principles that guide our work every day: purpose, relationships, integrity, and community. By participating, we’re not just raising money, we’re standing in solidarity with those impacted, and helping to move us all one step closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure.
